Exit, Pursued by a Bear

A year after Nephron Research began to publish a daily COVID-19 data tracker, we are pleased to have arrived at a point where federal government data sources are now available for many of the metrics we have collected, analyzed, and reported on over the course of the pandemic. As such, we are sunsetting the tracker with today’s report and shifting our focus from historical trends to the go-forward implications of the significant changes to the health system that the pandemic has wrought (not to mention giving our data analysts a bit of well-deserved relief).

We appreciate all of the support, suggestions and corrections that our community of readers have provided over the course of the last year.
