Nephron Research Pharma Pricing & Benefit Management Symposium – April 10th in NYC

Today, the comment period closes on the Trump administration’s proposal to transform the current pharma rebate price system.  With that in mind, we think it timely to convene a broad array of manufacturers, benefit managers, payers, and policy experts in New York City on Wednesday, April 10th for Nephron Research’s Pharma Pricing & Benefit Management Symposium.

Building on last year’s success, Michael Kleinrock of IQVIA will kick off the annual event with an examination of gross-to-net, to be followed by a series of industry panels exploring the impact of moving to a discount system on pharmaceutical expenditures, manufacturer commercialization strategies and supply chain economics.

Other highlights of the day include a keynote presentation by the Director of the UPMC Center for Value Based Purchasing responsible for a pioneering value-based contract with AstraZeneca as well as a panel discussion with the leaders of the National Drug Purchasing Coalition responsible for the development of an innovative new PBM model with Express Scripts.
